All RSVPs can be made on this website by visiting the RSVP tab on the site menu or by scanning the QR code on your invitation. In order for us to plan accordingly with our vendors, your RSVP response is requested by March 8, 2025.
Due to space limitations and our desire to keep our celebration as intimate as possible, we are not accommodating additional guests outside of those listed on the invitation.
We love your kids—we really do. Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party at our celebration. Thank you for understanding!
Guests arrival begins at 4:30 p.m. with the ceremony starting promptly at 5:00 p.m. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will be asked to wait until after the wedding party processional to be seated. We love you, but we don’t want any awkward photobombs!
Metered and unmetered street parking are available surrounding the venue. Guests can also park in the 24-hour Memorial Parking Garage located one block from the venue at 14th and H Streets. Guests staying overnight at the Sterling Hotel are encouraged to use the parking garage to provide more street parking for those only staying for the wedding celebration.
The dress code for our celebration is semi-formal/cocktail attire. We suggest that men wear a suit or dress shirt with tie and women wear a midi- or knee-length dress or dressy separates. It’s time to get a little fancy, so leave the blue jeans and sneakers at home please!
Guests are invited to arrive at 4:30 p.m. with the ceremony starting promptly at 5:00 p.m. in the Sterling Hotel’s courtyard. Cocktail hour will follow the ceremony with beverages and hors d'oeuvres available in the courtyard and cellar area. Guests will be ushered into the adjoining Sterling Ballroom for the reception beginning at 6:30 p.m. Dinner and dancing until at 10:00 p.m. After party details TBD!
The average temperature on April 5th in Sacramento typically ranges from 50°F to 70°F and is rarely below 45°F or above 80°F. The warmest time of the day is from 12:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m., with the warmest temps at 3:45 p.m., at which time the temperature is typically above 63°F. Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outside from 4:30-6:30 p.m. In the event of rain, these events will be moved indoors.
We will be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner and dessert. There will be a hosted bar available during cocktail hour and our reception.
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
