What time is check-in and check-out?

Answer

Check in any time after 4:00 pm on day of arrival; the checkout time is before 11:00 am on day of departure. Should you arrive early, store your luggage with the staff, grab a complimentary welcome cocktail, and enjoy the resort until your room is ready!

Is the resort all-inclusive?

Answer

No, only kids under 5 eat free.

I want to stay longer than the 3 nights. Does the discount rate cover my entire stay?

Answer

The room block rate covers Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. If you would like to stay longer or arrive early, simply add the dates to the 3 nights and the discount should apply to all nights. If you have any issues please contact the bride or groom.

I'm staying longer than the weekend. What are some ways I can save money?

Answer

Several locations throughout Baha Mar and Baha Bay sell a reusable cup ($14) where most pool bars and some restaurants will provide free soda refills. We recommend bringing a tumbler with you and purchasing alcohol at Liquid Courage (about 10 min away). Each day you should receive free bottled water in your room. Some restaurants only serve bottled water (no tap water) for upcharge. To save at meals, bring the bottled water from your room to the restaurant. Pay attention to your bills before tipping ~ most services include a 15% tip already! If you're staying extra days, we recommend paying the microwave fee to keep in your room for leftovers to prevent eating out every meal. The portion sizes are pretty big, so I would expect leftovers!

Each visitor is allowed no more than 1 quart of alcohol through customs.

Is marijuana legal in the Bahamas?

It’s illegal to smoke or bring your own marijuana into the Bahamas. Please rethink bringing any as they are pretty strict about this in customs and typically ends in incarceration
