FAQs

Question

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 1st, 2026.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Click the "RSVP" tab and enter the name(s) listed on your invitation. Please respond by July 1st, 2026 so we can finalize our guest count with vendors. If you're unable to attend, we'd appreciate you letting us know as soon as possible -- you will be missed!

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation. For example, your envelope would list “(Your Name) & Guest,” “(Your Name) & Family,” or “The (Your Last Name) Family.” When you go to RSVP, you will see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone’s children at our wedding due to restricted numbers and space. This pertains to children of all ages including infants, toddlers, kids, and teens. Please refer to the ‘RSVP’ tab to see if we are able to accommodate your children. If we are unable to invite your children, we appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and hope that you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us!

Question

Will everyone be invited to the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be a small, intimate moment shared with immediate family and a few close loved ones. We can't wait to celebrate with all of our guests afterward at the reception for dinner, drinks, and dancing!

Question

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 2:00pm. Please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Question

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please; however, please allow for family to have the first few aisles. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner).

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many pictures as you’d like and don’t forget to share them with us!

Question

What will the timeline look like?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests will transition to the cocktail hour at the Dee Stadium, followed by dinner, drinks, and dancing.

Question

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has free, on-site parking. We encourage guests to use Lyft or a local taxi service if they plan on drinking.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We want everyone to look nice but still feel comfortable -- think cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, dress shirts, and slacks. Ties and jackets are totally optional, just please no jeans, shorts, or super casual clothes. We also ask that you skip ivory, white, or cream. Expect weather in the 80s during the day and 70s after sunset.

Question

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our ceremony will take place outdoors. Following the ceremony, the cocktail hour at the Dee Stadium will include both indoor and outdoor spaces with games and time to mingle. The reception will take place indoors.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have beer, wine, and seltzers available in coolers for guests to enjoy. If you have a specific drink you prefer, you are welcome to bring it with you. Please remember to drink responsibly and make sure you have a safe way to get home.

Question

Since there will be alcohol, what do we do about driving?

Answer

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. We recommend using a rideshare app (Lyft) or local taxi companies for transportation if you plan on drinking! Just make sure you pick up your vehicle the next morning if you plan on leaving it overnight.
