Officiant
Tyler grew up not far from Corinne and Erin in Coburg and later became a part of the family when Corinne and Tyler got married in 2015. Tyler is the best brother-in-law that anyone could ask for and Steven and Erin are excited to have him a part of the wedding in such a special way.
Maid of Honor
Corinne is Erin's older sister. She sang lullabies to her as a baby and taught her to love Tupac and Snoop as an adolescent. She has made sure Erin's life has stayed on track and is a constant resource for nursing advice. These days they enjoy throwing back Moscow mules, shopping at Target and playing with puppies.
Bridesmaid
Julia and Erin's friendship started freshman year of college. They grew closer as the years went on, bonding over their chubby years in school and their near death experiences traveling Peru together. Julia has remained a close and constant friend. She is there for the good, the bad, and the ugly. These days Erin and Julia can be found eating snacks, drinking wine and pretending to be fit together.
Bridesmaid
Katie went to U of P with Erin. Their friendship flourished while studying abroad in Australia. They bonded as overthinkers and spent many hours talking as roommates. Katie is the best dance partner any girl could ask for and will always be there to hash out any situation...for hours. From bungie jumping and skydiving in New Zealand, to watching Harry Potter at home with Katie's daughter, they are always enjoying their time together.
Bridesmaid
Maddie entered Erin's life in a study abroad meeting at UP. She was wearing a U of O sweatshirt and sitting by herself. Erin made the initial move and the rest is history. Maddie is full of life and brings joy to anywhere she goes. Erin and Maddie have traveled the world together and seen each other through the worst of times. Their friendship has survived long distance for many of the last 10 years and is sure to last whatever comes in the future.
Bridesmaid
Caroline and Erin became friends working night shift together at the Burn Center. It wasn't long before they realized they were soulmates and starting making travel plans together. They have eaten their way through Sri Lanka and Amsterdam and sweat their way through the hospitals in West Africa. When Caroline and Erin aren't laughing their way through a work shift, they can be found sipping tea and day dreaming about their next travels.
Bridesmaid
Tamra is a fellow nurse at the Burn Center and became a fast friend after learning of a shared interest of Australia and traveling in general. Tamra made the life changing introduction of bourbon to Erin and they have been sipping it together ever since. These days they can be found on the ski lifts with a flask full while Erin raps her favorite Tupac songs.
Bridesmaid
India and Erin's friendship started after Erin's move to dayshift at the Burn Center. They grew together as they fumbled their way through their new roles as wound care coordinator and charge nurse. They have since bonded over wine, their puppies and shockingly paralleled relationships. When India isn't giving Erin an ab workout from laughing so hard, they can be found wine tasting, eating all the cheese and crackers the world has to offer and sending each other puppy memes.
Bridesmaid
Erin was nervous to meet Katie for the first time. As Steven's sister, Erin was worried about being approved of. To Erin's delight, their first meeting at Bushwackers was a success and things have been nothing but great since. Katie and Erin can be found drinking Coors Light at any rodeo or sipping on wine for a day of tasting. Although not very optimistic about her chances, Erin is excited to have a life time to attempt to out drink her new sister in law.
Best Man
Brian and Steven became friends as freshman in high school, we connected on the baseball field and have stayed close ever since. We attended college in different cities but we visited whenever possible and always found ourselves back together in the summers working for Milgard Windows, camping and boating at blue lake or taking in the Blue Angels airshow from the boat on Lake Washington at SeaFair. Though our lives are both incredibly busy we still make time for lunch downtown during the work week and summer camping/ boating trips with our families.
Groomsman
Paul and Steven also became friends as freshman in high school on the baseball team and turned into one the best double play combos to play baseball at Canby. Summers during and post college have been spent camping and boating, watching the blue angels and participating in warrior dash and dirty dash runs. We still like to have a catch and practice our double play turns whenever we get together.
Groomsman
Austin and Steven became friends during college, when Austin met and started dating his now wife Kaeli. Kaeli and Steven had been friends since middle school and were neighbors at OSU. While we eventually hit it off, Steven was skeptical of the new man in his long time friend’s life at first. After a summer trip to Canada and getting to know Austin more there was no doubt we would be friends for a long time. No matter the season we enjoy many of the same things, from the numerous days skiing all over or attending Beaver football and Blazer games. In the summer we can be found wake surfing on the boat and “camping” in Prineville, or just hanging out and catching up, it’s always a good time with Austin and you’ll never see him without his signature laugh and smile.
Groomsman
Greg and Steven were brought together through their better halves, Julia and Erin. Greg began dating Julia around the same time Steven and Erin did. When Erin decided to trek back to Australia to show her dad where she had studied abroad, Steven and Greg joined forces in Seattle for an epic weekend of Seahawks and Patriot football watching, beer, sushi (Seahawk shots!!) and steams at the WAC. Today as 2/5ths of the world renowned “ManPlex” Greg and Steven enjoy tricking the girls into golf weekends disguised as hang out weekends in Seattle or Portland, drinking plenty of wine or traveling to watch OSU get beat by USC in football.
Groomsman
Matt and Steven have been friends since 6th grade. We connected over our love of airplanes and everything aviation. Growing up with pilot dad’s we alway had something to talk about. From fly ins at Evergreen and Madras to many hours spent flying Microsoft flight simulator or dreaming of planes we’d one day hope to own there was always something new and exciting. Today we always find time to catch up over dinner around our birthdays when Matt isn’t flying commercial jets or heading off to Hood River, OR. for the annual WAAAM fly in with Matt’s Pitts S2B. We may have grown up but the conversations haven’t changed much and I wouldn’t have it any other way!
