Start Here: Your Quick Checklist

- Check your passport: Renew if it expires before Nov 2026. - Set flight alerts: Use Google Flights/Hopper from July 2025. - Book flights: Best deals Oct 2025–Jan 2026. - Arrange airport transfers: After booking flights. - Bring: Plug adapter, travel insurance, some euros.

✈️ Option 1: Milan Malpensa (MXP) – Best for Most Guests

1. 🚆 Malpensa Express train to Milano Centrale (45 min) 2. 🚆 Trenord train to Calolziocorte-Olginate (1 hr) 3. 🚕 Taxi to hotel or Castello di Rossino (10–15 min) Book train tickets on Omio or Trenord app 📍 Easiest option for most international flights 🚆 Trains are frequent—book tickets ahead on the Trenord app or Omio.

✈️ Option 2: Bergamo (BGY) – Closest to Venue, Budget Airlines

1. 🚕 Shuttle/taxi to Bergamo train station (15–20 min) 2. 🚆 Train to Lecco (1.5–2 hr, may require a transfer) 3. 🚕 Taxi to Malgrate or venue 📍 Closest airport to the venue and great for budget airlines 🚕 Direct taxi from Bergamo Airport to Malgrate is also possible (~45–60 min drive).

✈️ Option 3: Milan Linate (LIN) – Central, Fewer Int’l Flights

1. 🚕 Taxi/shuttle to Milano Centrale (25–30 min) 2. 🚆 Train to Calolziocorte-Olginate (1 hr) 3. 🚕 Taxi to hotel or venue 📍 Most central Milan airport—smaller and less busy, but fewer international flights 🚆 Well-connected to northern Lake Como towns
