The RSVP deadline was March 14th. RSVPs are now closed. If you need to make any changes, please reach out to Mallory or Will directly, but we are unlikely to accommodate within 4 weeks of the wedding.
The dress code is BLACK TIE (optional). For the gentlemen, if you have a tuxedo please show it off! Otherwise, a dark color formal suit. For ladies, a floor or tea length formal dress. We know it can get hot in Florida, so there will be plenty of shade and fans!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:30PM on Saturday April 25, 2026. We ask that guests arrive no later than 5:15PM. Shuttles will be provided for guests staying downtown and at the LBK Club.
The ceremony will take place at the Ca' d'Zan Mansion Terrace at the Ringling Museum. Shuttles will be provided for guests and will depart from the Longboat Key Club and the Westin Hotel. All guests are welcome to take the shuttles even if not staying at these hotels.
While RSVP'ing here on our website, if you have a plus-one you will be given the option to add their name :)
Please leave the kids at home for this one :) wedding is 21 and up!
If you plan to drive to the venue, there are a limited number of spots available at the Ca 'Dzan
This is an extremely large venue and we are using two different areas for the ceremony and reception. We will have shuttles bringing guests from the ceremony on the Mansion Terrace to the Ringling Museum Courtyard for the Cocktail Hour and Reception
