Will transportation be provided to the venue?

Answer

Yes! Shuttle transportation will be provided for guests staying at the Phoenix Marriott Resort Tempe at The Buttes. • Pickup location: Front entrance of the Marriott • Departure time: 3:45 PM Please arrive a few minutes early so we can depart on time for the ceremony. Return transportation back to the hotel will be available after the reception.

What is the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding will have a "Desert Formal" dress code to complement the beautiful desert setting: For women: Long, elegant dresses in earthy or desert-inspired tones like soft golds, terracotta, or muted pinks. Black is also welcome, but please avoid bright colors and white dresses. For men: Traditional suits in neutral tones, including black or navy. Linen is a great option for comfort in the desert heat. Please avoid jeans and cocktail attire. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and see everyone in their desert-inspired best!

Are kids welcome?

While we absolutely love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this will allow everyone to relax and enjoy the day to the fullest. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so you can join us for a fun and memorable celebration!

As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we have to keep our guest list intimate. If you received a plus-one, you’ll see their name included when you RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!

The Welcome Reception is by invitation only. If you received an invitation, we’d love for you to join us—just be sure to RSVP! If you didn’t receive an invite, don’t worry—we can’t wait to celebrate with you at the wedding!

Cocktail Attire: Ladies: Cocktail dresses, jumpsuits, or chic ensembles (please avoid white). Gents: Slacks with a nice button-up shirt or polo. Jeans are acceptable when paired with a jacket. Vibe: Think elevated desert-chic as we celebrate the weekend ahead! 🌵🍹

Where can I find details for the Friday welcome drinks?

Welcome drinks will take place Friday from 5:30–7:30 PM at the Cholla Vista Event Space at the Phoenix Marriott Resort Tempe at The Buttes. We’ll be kicking off the weekend with cocktails, small bites, and beautiful sunset views. Because space is limited, this was an RSVP-only event for a specific group of guests, so the details may not appear on the website for everyone.
