FAQs

Question

Where do I stay?

Answer

Please reference the travel tab. All guests will stay at Borgo Casabianca for both nights. Rates are approximately 200 euro per night per couple or 100 euro per person.

Question

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We ask that you do not bring anyone that is not specifically invited to the wedding. The venue is extremely intimate and cannot accommodate beyond our invited guests as we are renting the entire venue.

Question

How do I get to Borgo Casabianca?

Answer

We recommend that you rent a car and coordinate with other family members and friends as many of you will be arriving around the same date or time. Mark and Mallory will be arriving in Italy days prior to the wedding and will be unavailable to coordinate transportation.

Question

What if I have severe allergies?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have severe allergies. The venue can accommodate allergies including vegetarian and gluten free. We also recommend creating a card in Italian that communicates your allergies for your travels beyond Borgo Casabianca.

Question

Do I have to stay at Borgo Casabianca?

Answer

Due to the intimacy of our wedding and lack of accommodations in the direct area we have space for all guests and prefer that you stay at the venue as we have rented the entire property for our wedding. All events including the Welcome Party, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Dinner and Reception will take place on the grounds of Borgo Casabianca. Borgo Casabianca is fully equipped with a restaurant on site and pool. Please visit the website: https://www.casabianca.it/eng/index

Question

Do I need to be vaccinated to attend your wedding in Italy?

Answer

Yes, you must be vaccinated against COVID 19 to attend our wedding, enter the country and show proof of vaccination. We will monitor the specifications for travel to Italy which may require vaccination and a negative COVID PCR test within 72 hours (as of February 2022).
