FAQs

If you have any other questions other than what we have listed here, please reach out.
Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 3:00pm so we kindly request that you arrive 30 minutes early to ensure you don't miss anything. This will also give you time to park, sign the guestbook, and find a seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has already started, you will not be seated and have to wait until cocktail hour to join us. Thank you for your understanding.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to have our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal attire, with suits and gowns preferred. Please no jeans/denim and avoid shades of white and cream. The ceremony will be held outside on the grass so you may want to leave the stilettos at home.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins, we ask that all phones be put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and for our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures that we will share with you. Once the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like and don't forget to share them with us!

Question

Can I bring a guest/date?

Answer

Due to the limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

Due to the size and depth of the pond, we are only inviting children five and older. We encourage parents to find a sitter, bring your dancing shoes, and enjoy a date night with us! We understand that nursing mothers may need to bring their infants, and they are warmly welcome.

Question

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning, please RSVP as soon as possible. However, the RSVP deadline is June 19, 2026. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend and will mark you as "not attending". Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions as we need to provide our vendors a final head count in a timely manner, we hope you understand.

Question

What do I do if I can't make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed. If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

I have a dietary restriction. What can I do?

Answer

We will be having a buffet. If you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to the bride or groom directly and we will try to accommodate you.

Question

Will there be a cash bar?

Answer

Dinner’s on us. Drinks are on you. We will have a full bar with all alcoholic drinks being $5.00 each. Please note that the bar only accepts cash and there is an ATM onsite.

Question

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes! There is designated, angled parking at our venue that will be reserved for guests. Guests are welcome to leave their vehicles overnight and return by 11 am the next day to pick up their vehicle.
