Family and Out-of-State Guests Welcome Dinner

We look forward to our family members and all out-of-state guests gathering for an evening of cocktails and dining (cocktails/app's outdoors in the Lucile's courtyard, dinner inside to follow) to get to know one another before the big day!

Family-only wedding ceremony & champagne toast
5:45 pm - 7:00 pm

We will have a brief, family-only wedding ceremony at 5:45 p.m. followed by a quick round of cocktails and photos before the remaining guests arrive for the main party at 7:00 p.m. We intend to offer masks, gloves and individual hand sanitizer for all family members, and intend cluster chairs in groups of 6, approximately 6 feet apart, to comply with social distancing measures. The ceremony will be held outdoors.

No gifts. No speeches. No assigned seats/tables. Just a fun evening of open bar, heavy apps (think, fried chicken biscuit sliders, taco station, gourmet donuts) and dancing to music by DJ Tay with our family and friends. We want to avoid the structure and formalities of many wedding receptions and make this one big party for everyone! We recognize we are living in unprecedented times in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak. We may adjust things like party size, food service options and dancing as things continue to evolve. We intend to offer masks, gloves and individual hand sanitizer for all guests.
