Devon and Mallory met in 2013 at Hawkeye Community college. They were both in the same creative writing class. Mallory noticed Devon right away but it took her a while to get the courage to talk to him; partly because she was nervous and partly because she was dating some one else. Mallory and Devon became close friends and he was popular with all of her roommates. After being there for her during a difficult time in February of 2014 Mallory and Devon started dating in April of 2014 on Devon's birthday. They bonded over their love for all things nerdy from comic books, to video games to Lord of the Rings and Star Wars marathons to Dungeons&Dragons. Devon surprised Mallory at Hamlets Castle in Denmark when he proposed to her. Now it is time for their next chapter - Marriage!
