The ceremony is set to begin at 3:30pm! To guarantee the best seats we recommend arriving by 3p-3:15p!
We love all of our friend's and family's children! However, due to space restrictions in the venue, we cannot accommodate children outside of immediate family. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!
Yes! Our venue has a good amount of parking spots available and also some along the road if the lot should get filled.
Yes, we will be providing shuttle services from the DoubleTree TO the venue before the ceremony and back to BOTH hotel blocks later during the reception. The shuttle to the venue is set to begin around 2pm. The shuttle from the reception is set to begin around 9pm.
We will have the ceremony in the outdoor area provided at Ashton Hill Farm! Cocktail hour & the reception will be held indoors with access to the outdoor patio. If weather does become an issue, the ceremony will be moved to inside of the venue.
We will be providing gluten free options throughout the night but if there are other dietary concerns, please reach out to us and we will work with our caterer to accommodate!
