We’d love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best formal cocktail attire. Bright summer-time colors are encouraged! Please avoid shades of white!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding and please feel free to reach out with any questions!
Invitations will be specific and will include the names of children invited.
Please RSVP by July 21st, using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time we will assume that you are unable to attend.
You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “not attending” so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
The ceremony will begin at 4pm. Please arrive 15-30 minutes early to allow time to find seating and parking.
Our venue has free on-site parking.
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony begins we ask that all phones are put away and silenced. We want everyone to be fully present with us and we want our photographer to be able to capture the best pictures which we will share with you at a later date. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures as you like and share them with us!
Yes, however, we encourage everyone drinks responsibly as you will be responsible for driving yourselves home. Only persons 21 and older will be served alcohol. We also reserve the right to cut anyone off if they’re impeding on our day. Remember this is a family/formal event!
The ceremony will be held outdoors. Cocktail hour will be held outdoors with the bar inside. The reception will be held indoors.
If you arrive late, please wait in your vehicle until the ceremony has concluded and cocktail hour has begun.
If you are invited to the ceremony it will be indicated on your invitation. If you are invited to the reception only it will be indicated on your invitation. If you are invited to both your invitation will include both.
Our venue has a strict no smoking or vaping policy within the buildings on the property. There is a designated smoking/vaping area but since it is only one night we ask that you leave the cigs and vapes at home! If you are found smoking or vaping in any of the buildings you will be made to leave the wedding.
No, our venue has a strict outside alcohol policy. We will provide all of the drinks for the night! If you BYOB you will be asked to leave the venue.
No, the venue strictly prohibits rock throwing or throwing of any debris into the pond. Anyone who does so will be asked to leave the venue.
Our entire wedding will be held at Shadybrook Acres Hitching Post in Napoleon Ohio.
