Rental Car Information
Even though we do not expect a lot of snow at this time, the Timber Lakes Community requires 4WD or AWD on any vehicles going up the mountain until May. If you have the option of a 4WD vehicle we recommend getting that. We will also be able to shuttle people up from the bottom of the community to the lodge if a 4WD vehicle isn't available.
Flight
SLC International Airport
Salt Lake is the main airport hub in the area and is about 60-75 minutes away from Timber Moose Lodge. SLC Airport will have more rental car, airline, and flight options than Provo. We encourage guests to coordinate travel in to Heber with others traveling in for the Wedding.

Provo Municipal Airport- 1331 Sky Wy, Provo, UT 84601
PVU is a small regional airport about 60 minutes from the venue that operates Allegiant Airlines flights on certain days of the week. Allegiant currently offers flights to/from Provo out of Portland, San Diego, Orange County, LAX, Phoenix, etc.. Flights are very cheap but most routes typically only run twice a week and they will charge for any bags beyond a personal item. Provo might also have less options from a rental car perspective but they do have some!

Lodging
Our venue is located in the Timber Lakes area about 15-20 minutes outside of Heber City. There are a variety of hotels in Heber to choose from but we would recommend also looking at Airbnb as there are more options available with more space. We are happy to help with coordinating or to provide additional recommendations.

Ride Share
If planning on Ride Share to/from the Wedding, we encourage bookings to be made in advance, especially afterwards, as Ubers and Lyfts can be limited in Heber. We can also potentially help coordinate rides with others heading back into the valley.
