What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

Please wear fun colors, summer prints / florals, maxi and midi dresses. It will be warm until the sun goes down and then it will cool off.

What should I wear to the welcome party?

Answer

The welcome evening will be very casual. Second Summit Cider offers pickleball, ping pong, and yard games.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 6PM, please arrive no later than 5:45PM

Can I bring a date to the Welcome Party or Wedding?

Answer

Additional friends / guests can come to the Welcome Party, this is a very casual evening. For the wedding, due to limited capacity at the venue, we have a tight guest list. Please reach out to the Bride if you would like to add a plus 1, or have any questions or concerns.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Kids are welcome at the ceremony & reception, there will chicken tenders and fries. The Welcome party venue is unfortunately 21+ plus.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The dinner is gluten free. (Chicken, Salmon, veggies and potatoes). Even the dessert is gluten free! Please reach out to the bride and groom for any further requests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is a shuttle running from the Hyatt Cottonwood at 5:15PM, and 5:30PM. There will be a return shuttle every half hour starting at 9:00PM

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is complimentary valet.

Please RSVP by June 26th to allow us ample time to work with our vendors.
