The wedding is all black formal attire. For men that means black suits. White or black dress shirts with a black tie are acceptable. For women that means long solid black dresses or black pant suit. We ask that everyone please wear all black, only.
As much as we love everyone's children, this is a child free wedding. Parents, please take this as an opportunity for a date night! We thank everyone for their understanding.
We will be serving assorted passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, as well as a plated 3 course meal which is chosen by you on your invitation!
Yes, we will be providing an open bar during cocktail hour from 5:00pm to 6:00pm. From 6:00pm to 8:00pm during dinner and toasts, wine will be served. The open bar will become available again during the reception from 8:00pm to 11:00pm.
Under the travel tab, there is a link where you can book hotel stays at The Royal Sonesta. The guest rate of $199 is available for Wednesday September 30th through Sunday October 4th. There are also many other great hotels in the area!
The wedding ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, on the 39th floor of the Royal Sonesta Hotel. The reception will be held inside of the hotel.
