Where is parking?

Answer

There is a parking garage down the street, 2 blocks on the same side as the venue, that guests can use. 12th and Dodge- the code is 1014. Those that need to be dropped off by the door, there will be a spot open to drop guests off. Handicap parking will be anywhere there is a sign. Those staying at the hotel across the street can park in that parking garage.

YES!! We ask you include them on your RSVP so they will be counted for dinner!

Seating?

Answer

There will be no seating charts, please sit wherever you are most comfortable. We do have the head table reserved and the 2 tables in front of the head table reserved for immediate family. Seating is limited at the ceremony- 150 count Reception seating is between 225-250 including wedding party and immediate family. Invitations have been planned accordingly for reception, ceremony may become crowded but there is room to stand or pull a few extra chairs if needed. There will be an area after dinner for children to color or hang out and play.
