How do we RSVP? When is that due?

Answer

You can RSVP directly on our website! We would appreciate your response before July 19th, 2026. We hope to be able to celebrate with you! Please let Mallory or Robbie know if you have any questions or are having trouble.

Are plus 1's allowed?

Answer

Your invitation will show the exact number of guests. Though we wish we could have everyone celebrate with us, there is limited space and we ask that you respect the number of guests listed on your invitation.

Can we bring our kids?

Answer

Though we love all of your children, please make this a date night unless stated otherwise on your invitation!

Where should we stay?

Answer

We have a hotel block set aside for all of our out of town guests. The shuttle will also take you to and from the venue as long as you do not stay past 11 pm! The link to our hotel block is posted under the "Travel" section of our website! Looking for something more laid back? There is also a very nice campground less than 10 minutes from the venue called Basswood Resort (link on the Travel section as well). We cannot reserve campground sites, but this would be a great alternative if you prefer the outdoors! Please note that the shuttle will not take you to and from the campground.

When should we get there?

Our ceremony begins at 4:30 p.m. We ask that you arrive around 4 p.m. to get settled in.

What should I wear?

Answer

Semi-casual is the vibe. Jeans are completely welcome - that is what Robbie will be wearing! Button-downs, sundresses, skirts, flats, boots, jean jackets- all fine! As long as you are not in white, you should be fine ;)

Are photos and videos allowed?

Answer

We have an AMAZING photographer and videographer who are more than prepared to capture all of the best moments. Please keep the ceremony "unplugged" and let them do their thang. At the reception, all photos and videos are welcome... just be sure to get the bride's best side! ;)

What grub are we eating?

Answer

We will have some yummy snacks prepared for our cocktail hour. To follow, we will have some great barbecue so you can have full bellies before the partay begins!
