When Is The RSVP Deadline?

Will The Ceremony And Reception Be Indoors Or Outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be outdoors. The ceremony will be a covered area and the reception can be brought indoors in case of inclement weather.

Where Should I Stay?

Answer

There are many hotels and AirBnBs in the Clarksville area. Since it is a military town consider looking at short-term stay rentals as well as sometimes those have more availability.

Are The Ceremony And Reception At The Same Location?

Answer

Yes! No additional travel required once you reach The Riverhouse at Southern Light (3476 Rossview Rd, Clarksville, TN 37043). Aside from the sign on the stone posts you will see a large field with a gravel road leading to the venue. Please adhere to the posted speed limit and park in the designated spot (directed by traffic cones).

Can I Take And Post Pictures On Social Media?

Answer

Please refrain from taking photos at the ceremony so our photographer can get the best shots possible. We'll be happy to share the photos with you upon request. Feel free to take and post reception photos! We do not have a hashtag but if posting on Facebook or Instagram please tag us in your post. Frank's instragram is fk_clements70 and Mallory's is mal_schm. We're so excited to spend the day with you!

Will There Be Parking?

Answer

Yes, there is parking at the venue. It will be designated by traffic cones easily seen as you drive up the gravel road. Please do not park directly behind the venue as that will be where pictures are taken after the ceremony.

Will There Be A Bar?

Answer

Alcohol beverages will be provided. The open bar will be between 5-8 PM. Please drink responsibly as DUI check points are a real thing in Clarksville. There will be a cash tip jar for the bartender. We encourage tipping to the bartender!

What is the dress code?

Answer

Business casual (think nice jeans and a button up or polo shirt or nice shirt). You are welcome to dress up more if wanted.
