We're getting married!

Zak and Mallory met during welcome week of their junior year at Ball State University. He stopped by Mallory's house (not knowing who she was) to pick up a case of beer he had left with her new roommate, before leaving for a party. As he was walking out the door, he noticed Mallory sitting on the couch. Zak- trying to act cool- asked her to join him for some drinks and beer pong at the party. Mal turned the offer down, as she wasn't allowed to go out because of sorority rush. Fast forward to later that night, and to his surprise, she showed up to the party risking being in serious trouble. They stood in the kitchen and talked all night before parting ways. Mal got in trouble the next day. A few weeks of hanging out and lunch dates passed before their first big date together- a Luke Bryan concert. Zak told Mallory they would be sitting in the lawn, but surprised her at the concert with tickets 10 rows from the stage (He thinks that's where he won her over). Zak and Mal spent the rest of their college days going to countless formals together and making lasting memories. After graduation, Mallory received her RN and became a NICU nurse in Indy. Zak found a career in Medical Sales at Zimmer Biomet in Ohio. After living apart for 6 months, Malloy left Indy to be closer to Zak and got a job at Dayton Children's. She moved into his apartment and they started their lives together. It did not take long before they grew their little family (after months of Mal begging) and welcomed their Mini Golden Doodle, Miley. After almost five years of dating and a year of living together, Zak decided to pop the question. They flew out to New York City for what Mal thought was a random weekend getaway. Their second day in the city, they took a stroll through Central Park. Zak said "I love you" about 100 times during their walk, which Mal thought was sweet but definitely out of the ordinary. Once they reached Bow Bridge, Zak got down on one knee and asked her to be his wife.
