COVID

In order to keep our guests, vendors, and their littles at home or immuncompromised people they may see day to day safe: We WILL be requiring proof of full vaccination by our RSVP date or negative covid test within 72 hours to attend our wedding. By responding with "Accepts" to our wedding, you (and any guests) are agreeing to provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination (Vax+Booster if time) OR negative COVID result within 72 hours of our wedding. No exceptions. We understand some may not want to do either of those, so we understand if you do not feel comfortable attending. We ask that you respect our choice and everyone choosing to be vaccinated and/or test knowing they are attending an event with these guidelines in place and do not attend if you have not submitted this info.

Proof of Vaccination

To upload vaccination card, please go to the secure dropbox link below ("View") or text Mal at 630-740-9977 with a photo of your card. Please label your files by your name and do the same for your guests. Please submit the info before April 6th.

Proof of Negative Result

For guests who are choosing to test negative, test MUST be dated between May 3rd and May 5th, with upload cut off on May 5th 11:59pm CST. To upload vaccination card, please go to the secure dropbox link below ("View") and upload your result. Please label your files by your name and do the same for your guests.
