PLEASE BE AWARE- you will NOT have cell service on the property and ride shares DO NOT operate in this area. So, although you will be able to get there via ride share (coming from Denver), you will have no way to return via ride share. Self Drive: Designated parking will be provided for guests wishing to drive themselves. Carpooling is highly encouraged! Shuttle: We have a shuttle booked with a LIMITED CAPACITY. If you have not already reserved a spot with Mallorie, please do so ASAP. Please don't assume you have a ride home if you have not confirmed. If you have a confirmed seat on the shuttle you are only provided a ONE WAY ride back to the Hilton Garden Inn. You may UBER or take another ride share to the venue, but be aware that you WILL NOT be able to get a ride share back. Ride shares do not operate in the area and you will not have cell service to call anyone.
Wear whatever you want...seriously. Nothing fancy (unless you want to be fancy). Think Festival Chić- Dress comfy, dress funky, wear whatever makes you happy/feel your best. Please keep in mind that the ceremony and reception will be entirely outside. We recommend boots, or other flats for footwear as we will be encouraging guests to explore the property...and, of course, for all the dancing. The temperature will be cooler in the evening, so if you may want to bring a coat (bring it....don't leave it in the car).
There will be a 2 hour check-in window prior to the ceremony beginning at 1:00. The ceremony pond location is a .8 mile (about 15 minute) walk from the parking lot. There will be transportation provided to and from the pond for those who do not wish to take the walk. Please bring everything you will need from your car as going back and forth from the parking lot to the pond is not convenient. No personal vehicles may drive back to the pond. Please arrive by 2:45 to ensure you are signed-in and situated prior to the ceremony start. If you are camping overnight please arrive between 1:00-2:00 to set-up your gear, change clothes, and get situated.
Of course! We do kindly ask that all little ones exit the property after the reception has ended. No children may camp overnight.

Everland has a strict "Leave No Trace" policy. Please dispose of all trash in recepticles and do not bring in anything you do not plan on taking out with you. If you see trash on the ground, please pick it up and dispose of it properly. Smoking will be allowed in designated areas only. Please dispose of cigarettes properly in provided bins and absolutely DO NOT throw them on the ground. Forrest fires are a real threat in this area and are taken very seriously. Please do your part.
We would love for our friends and family to come together in a communal effort to make this day super special. AirBNB: The closest cities to the property where you may find home rentals are Highlands Ranch and Castle Pines. Camping: If you are looking for family-friendly camping there are numerous options in the area, the closest being Pike National Forrest. Camping on site: Ask us for details if you are interested. No children, please.
