What's the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding dress code is Garden Formal. Suits and ties for men, ankle or floor length dresses for women. It will be in the 80s during the day and get down to the 50s once the sun goes down. We will be outdoors until 10pm

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive to the ceremony location at 4:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. Golf cart shuttles will start running from the lobby for our guests at 4:30pm.

Cheyenne Mountain Resort is sold out for Friday. Where should I stay?

Answer

Availability at Cheyenne Mountain Resort is extremely limited on Friday but we are encouraging our guests to stay at the hotel on Saturday night. We've provided back up Friday accommodations in the Travel section of our website and are keeping a close eye on any availability opening up on Friday. You should book other accommodations for Friday in case Cheyenne Mountain Resort remains sold out.

Can I bring my kids to the wedding?

No, our wedding ceremony and reception are adult only. You are welcome to bring your kids to Colorado Springs for the weekend, and to our welcome party on Friday. Here is a great babysitting resource for you to contact should you need childcare for Saturday. https://broadmoornannies.com/

Can my adult children come?

Answer

No, our venue has a very strict capacity limit that we have already reached. Unless expressly invited, we unfortunately aren't able to accommodate additional guests.
