What is the dress code?

We ask that you please follow a black tie dress code. Please see the “dress code” tab for guidance

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you have a guest included on your wedding invitation, absolutely! Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

When should I arrive?

Answer

We ask that you and your party would arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure you are on time! Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00PM, so prepare to arrive at 3:30PM.

Does the venue have parking?

Answer

Yes! The Amway Grand Plaza Hotel is pleased to offer valet parking for wedding guests. We highly suggest doing so, to avoid busy downtown traffic & parking.

Will the wedding take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are planned to be indoors. Following our "I do's", cocktail hour will take place at IDC Bar, within the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel. IDC has an indoor and covered outdoor space.

Can I bring children?

Answer

As much as we love your little ones, our wedding is adults only! Consider this an opportunity to have a date night with your spouse!
