Please RSVP on either our website or the card included in your invitation by June 1st. After that date, we will count anyone who has not confirmed they are coming as unable to attend. We will provide those numbers to our vendors and our wedding day food and drink will only account for those who have confirmed their attendance.
Please arrive at the ceremony by 3:30 to ensure all guests have time to get water, pick up a program, and find a seat before our ceremony begins promptly at 4:00.
There is parking, but it is extremely limited. We ask that hotel guests utilize the provided transportation and carpooling as much as possible.
Transportation will be provided from the Cobblestone, Best Western Hotel, and Holiday Inn. The buses will depart from the hotels to the venue promptly at 3:00 P.M. Please be ready and waiting by 2:45 to ensure smooth logistics. We will provide early and later buses back to the hotels during/at the conclusion of our reception.
We ask that guest dress in garden party semi-formal attire for our wedding. For ladies, this includes summery dresses or dress pants. Please keep in mind when selecting shoes that we will be outside, walking on grass. For men, dress shirts or polos and dress pants are appropriate (jackets and ties optional). A July wedding means a hot and sunny day (pray, manifest, meditate, knock on wood, whatever it is that you do), so plan accordingly when making outfit choices! However, note that it does cool down at night so the couple recommends bringing an extra layer.
The burning question… There will be both Catholic and Jewish traditions incorporated into our wedding. As we merge our lives, our ceremony will reflect the religious and nonreligious traditions we grew up with. You’ll see a mix of both throughout the ceremony and reception. We ask our guests to come with an open mind and excitement to enjoy traditions that may be familiar, new, or somewhere in between.
In the spirit of the Weidenboerner camp, we invite you to enjoy the company of those around you and limit phone usage throughout the day. To help with this, we have chosen to get married in a location with very limited cell phone service! We ask that all phones and cameras be turned off and put away during the ceremony so you can be fully present with us. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture not only our experience, but also yours.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those listed on your invitation. If there is any uncertainty, guessing is not the solution! Please reach out to Emma or Max to clarify any questions regarding invitations.
