Formal invitations will be sent out in October. We kindly request that you RSVP via the website by November 8, 2025.
Yes! We’ve reserved a room block at The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel in Downtown Fort Worth. Please book your stay by Friday, November 14, 2025 using the link under the “Travel” section to receive the discounted rate.
We recommend flying into Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW). The Trinity Metro TEXRail provides a convenient connection to Downtown Fort Worth without the need for a car. Please note: TEXRail does not operate on Sundays, so you may need to use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft for your return trip.
To ensure we can accommodate all our guests comfortably, we kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. When you RSVP, you’ll be able to see whether your invitation includes a plus one. Thank you so much for your understanding!
The dress code is Black Tie Optional, which means formal attire is encouraged but not required. Men can wear a tuxedo or a dark suit with a tie and women can opt for a floor-length gown, dressy cocktail dress, or an elegant jumpsuit. We can't emphasize enough that a tuxedo or floor length gown is encouraged but not required...please come in what you are most comfortable in. We can't wait to celebrate with you in style!
Please arrive at Robert Carr Chapel between 2:30 PM and 2:45 PM to allow ample time for parking and seating before the ceremony begins at 3:00 PM.
Yes! There are two parking lots available. A small lot located behind Beasley Hall offers limited parking and accessible spaces. A larger lot is available at the corner of Parmer Avenue and W. The ceremony will be a traditional Catholic Mass and will last approximately one hour.
We kindly ask that phones and cameras be put away during the ceremony to maintain an atmosphere of reverence.
