Alex picked Hayley up from Loyola on what felt like the coldest night of the year to go see the Miracle on 34th Street lights in Hampden. After struggling to find a parking spot (Saturday night in the city around Christmas) they eventually walked through the lights and crowd of people, which lasted all of 15 minutes. So they walked through the freezing Baltimore night until neither could feel their hands, then went to the only restaurant with immediate available seating, the Hon Cafe, for a burger (Alex) and cream of crab soup (Hayley). They still love Hampden and Christmas lights. No one likes the cold.
