Our story began unconventionally.. two people, not looking for anything, who unexpectedly fell into each other’s lap. Both of us having a love for the gym and soccer.. pretty much where our story started, an indoor soccer game which led to a quick gym date. The rest was history.. On February 13, 2021, on a quick trip to Miami, Fl, Matt proposed on the rooftop of Versace Mansion. Malissa had planned a late birthday dinner for Matt/early Valentine’s Day celebration. Malissa had ran to the bathroom and Matt quickly asked the waiter to help with the proposal. Once Malissa returned, Matt said the waiter had offered to give a tour of the rest of the house! We took a “tour”, which led us to the rooftop for some pictures. The waiter graciously took photos, as well as videoed the proposal itself! On top of the roof sits an observatory that we were able to enjoy and bask in the moment!
