IS THERE A DRESS CODE?

Answer

We would love to see our friends and family dress up with us! However, there is no formal dress code! So wear whatever you feel the best in and that will keep you cool/warm in the Norwegian summer. We kindly request that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - white, cream or ivory.

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Answer

We love all of your kiddos! Please bring them along. There name should be listed on the invitation, if not. Please send us a message. We want to inform the people bringing kids, that we will be serving alcohol at the reception. If this is something you would not like your kids to be around, please leave them at home.

CAN I BRING A GUEST / DATE?

Answer

If you received a plus one, the name will be on your invitation. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

CAN I TAKE AND POST PICTURES?

Answer

Before the ceremony begins, you are welcome to take as many pictures as you desire. However, we will be having an unplugged ceremony. As the ceremony begins, we invite you to put away your phones and enjoy the moment with us.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Answer

We hope to start the ceremony on time at 13:00 pm EST. Many guests underestimate how long it takes to get to "Rådhuset", so make sure to leave extra time to ensure you find your seats in time. We recommend getting there around 15 minutes before the ceremony starts.

WHAT DO I DO IF I CAN`T MAKE IT?

We will be so sad that we can´t celebrate our big day with you, but we understand that sometimes things gets in the way. Please RSVP as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.

WILL THE WEDDING TAKE PLACE INDOORS OR OUTSIDE?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both take place indoors. We do want to inform you that pictures will be taken outside. If you know you will have your picture taken, please bring a jacket.

WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?

Answer

YES! Beer, cider, wine and non alcoholic beverages are on us!

We kindly request you RSVP no later than April 1, 2025

WHERE IS YOUR REGISTRY?

Answer

Many of you will travel long distances to share our wedding day with us, and so your presence at our wedding is more important to us than a gift. However, if you would like to help contribute some money towards our forever home and or our honeymoon, this would really make our day!
