Schedule of Events:
- Ceremony: 4:30pm to 5:00pm
- Cocktail Hour : 5:00pm to 6:00pm
- Dinner: 6:00pm to 8:00pm
- Reception at Lodge: 8:00pm to 10:00pm
- Afterparty at Woodcellar: 10:00pm to Midnight
A shuttle bus will be provided to transport guests from the reception at the Chief Hosa Lodge to the Woodcellar afterparty and from the Woodcellar afterparty to the Comfort Suites in Evergreen. PLEASE NOTE if you plan on utilizing the shuttle, carpooling from the Comfort Suites is ideal. Vehicles that will be/may be left at the venue should be parked on the road in front of the lodge and not in the lodge parking lot, as gates are closed and locked after our reception. We can help with transportation if you would like to leave your car at the Comfort Suites. We just ask that you let us know as soon as you are able.
