Q + A

Question

When should I rsvp by?

Answer

RSVP deadline is June 29, 2025. If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as "no". We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time allocated. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Dress to Impress! Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Feel free to have fun with your look, but please avoid casual wear like jeans/khakis, t-shirts, or sneakers.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please check the travel tab for hotel block details. If you prefer, you’re welcome to stay in Nashville; however, please note that it’s a 1.5-hour commute to our venue.

Question

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

Although we love your little ones, we have decided to have an adult-only wedding due to our venue and guest restrictions. We hope that you’ll enjoy a night off with us!

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Once the ceremony begins, you will not be permitted entry into the ceremony space.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one, they will appear on your formal invitation when you RSVP.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us, but the hangover is on you. Please drink responsibly or arrange transportation from the venue if you are inebriated. We want all of our loved ones to make it home safe. You might consider staying one night in McMinnville and returning to your original hotel after checking out the next morning. It’s a slightly unorthodox option, but a practical one!

Question

How far is the Venue from things in Nashville?

Answer

The venue is about 1.5 hours from the heart of Nashville. While it’s a bit of a drive, there’s so much to do in the area, especially during the holiday weekend. It’s a great opportunity to explore, relax, and make the most of your weekend here!
