To assist all of our guests with travel arrangements, we have organized a variety of convenient travel packages that include flights, hotel accommodations, and transportation to best suit your needs. Please visit the link below to view the available package options and a detailed price breakdown. Please read through the following information carefully: - PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOUR PASSPORT IS VALID FOR AT LEAST 6 MONTHS AFTER THE TRAVEL DATE. - A deposit of $ 200 is required to secure your seats/rooms at the rates by January 9, 2026. AFTER THIS DATE a $250 tax fee will be added to your total as per Sunwing's policy. To make this deposit, please complete the travel information provided below and wait to be contact by the travel agent, Theresa Barrett. - The final payment for your selected package is due June 26th, 2026. Payment plans (weekly or monthly) are available. - Travel packages for 5-night and 3-night stays are not listed on this sheet but are available. To book one of these options, please indicate this on the travel information form and wait to be contact the travel agent with additional pricing. -Please note that the land-only option is intended for guests who wish to book their own flights but would like to stay at the Royalton Negril. This option includes hotel accommodation only and does not include airfare or airport transportation. -If you selected this option and would like to add flights and transportation, please complete the travel form and submit it to the travel agent. You will be contacted to request these additional services, and a new quote will be provided.
