We recommend booking your rental accommodations as soon as possible as houses and hotels in the area will book up quickly as this is peak season. Please reach out to either Aaron or Mali for any assistance with booking your reservation. FLYING: Fly into San Diego Airport - we recommend catching the earliest flight or flight that will have you arrive in San Diego before 12 noon on Thursday August 11. We also recommend booking the LATEST flight out on Sunday or Monday. We recommend Monday, as border traffic on Sundays is the worst day to travel north. DRIVING / RENTING A CAR: We will plan to caravan Thursday August 11 at 1230/1p from Encinitas, South to the airport and then onward to Las Gaviotas. We recommend if you are not familiar with driving in this part of Mexico, you plan your trip to join the caravan. We will do the same thing Monday returning. We will leave 11a from Las Gaviotas. It can still take a long time but Sundays are the highest traffic day.

Las Gaviotas website will give you multiple options of houses to rent. We recommend guests stay here, as all the events aside from the wedding will take place in Las Gaviotas. Houses range from one bedrooms to 6 bedrooms, so we recommend coordinating with other friends if possible. You can stock your kitchen with snacks, drinks, and meal options as well. Due to the summer being peak season, most homes require a minimum of 4 night stay (Thursday-Monday) Mali has compiled a list of available homes in Gaviotas, so reach out for the google doc

If you want to stay here we have discount codes for guests, however we recommend staying close to Las Gaviotas to enjoy the festivities.
