Where is the ceremony and reception taking place?

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors and will take place rain or shine. We recommend keeping an eye on the weather forecast and preparing accordingly to ensure you’re comfortable throughout the day.

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’re having an unplugged ceremony, so we kindly ask that you silence and put away all phones and cameras. We want this moment to be intimate and free of distractions for everyone. Our photographer will capture everything and we’ll be happy to share the photos with you!

What should I do if I have dietary restrictions or food allergies?

Answer

Please let us know when you RSVP if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies. We’ll make sure this information is shared with our caterer so your meal is prepared accordingly and with care.

Will there be transportation or parking available?

Answer

Yes! Complimentary parking is available on-site at the venue. If you prefer not to drive, we’ll be providing bus transportation to and from the venue for all guests. Buses will depart from the Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Keene and return there after the reception. Departure times will be shared closer to the date, so please plan to arrive at the hotel early to board on time.
