Unplugged Wedding?

Answer

We have decided to have an unplugged wedding ceremony, which means no personal cameras or phones during the ceremony. We have a phenomenal photographer that is going to do amazing things. It makes his job crazy hard when there are a million phones out. So please respect our wish and keep your phones put away during the ceremony. Fully enjoy this big moment with us and we will send you killer pictures later.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP on this website under the "RSVP" tab by October 4th, 2020. We have to give our venue a final guest count shortly after this date.

What is for dinner?

Answer

The Hacienda will be offering a buffet style selection of cheese enchiladas, carnitas or chicken fajitas tacos, beans, rice, corn and flour tortillas, chips and salsa, salad, and fruit. All buffet items will be served by staff who are wearing masks and gloves.

Are there any COVID precautions?

Answer

Yes! All staff at The Hacienda will be wearing masks and gloves. There is one specific staff member who will be cleaning and sanitizing high traffic areas throughout the night. Guests are encouraged to bring masks and will be seated, at max, 4 to a table, unless there is a family of 4+ members. All tables will be spaced apart in the outdoor dining area. Hand sanitizer will be placed throughout the property for your usage.

What is the parking situation at the venue?

Answer

Parking is very simple at this venue. When you turn onto College Avenue, parking is available on the right. Please park in any of those spots and the entrance to the venue is facing the street.
