Will there be a larger wedding or celebration to follow?

Answer

In short, no. After a lot of thought and consideration, we have decided not to host a larger event, for both financial and logistical reasons. At this time in our lives and marriage, we don't think that a big, expensive event is right for us. And honestly, we had such an awesome wedding day already!

What about something smaller?

Answer

We'd absolutely love to get together with our family and friends on a smaller scale! When we have a better idea of when we will be back in either California or the UK, we will make plans with the respective sides. We're hoping to organize an informal dinner to celebrate with each side within the next year or so.

What happens now?

Answer

We're now in the process of getting Louis a green card, which will give him the right to work in the US and travel internationally again. It's a long, pretty annoying process, and we can't wait until it's over! In the meantime, we are enjoying time with our cat, Stevie, seeing more of the US together, enjoying married life, and planning a little honeymoon.
