Amanda's grandma insisted on getting us together. Ryan was maintaining her yard, and my Grandma kept telling him all about me. On the other end, my Grandma kept telling me all about Ryan. At first, I wasn't really interested. But after Ryan stalked me at TGI Friday's and on Facebook, I decided that I would give him a chance. We couldn't be more excited that we gave into my Grandma and went on that first date to the Cheesecake Factory and walked around downtown Chicago (even though it poured rain on us). Who knew that would bring us both to where we are now.

I had went on what I thought was a girls weekend with one of my best friends, Ali, to Chicago. We had plans of a hotel room and walking around Chicago and just relaxing. We went back to our hotel room to change for dinner. When I opened the door, the room had been decorated and there was Ryan standing there waiting for me through a trail of rose pedals. He got down on one knee and of course I said YES!
