The ceremony, cocktail hour, and the reception will take place outdoors. Make sure to bring a coat!
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
We have a room block at the Avalon Hotel & Bungalows Palm Springs. You can find the booking link and more details in the "Travel" section of this website.
For guests not staying on property, parking is available nearby and easy to access. There is complimentary street parking in the surrounding neighborhood with no time restrictions, as well as designated parking stalls for Avalon Hotel & Bungalows Palm Springs located just behind the hotel on Cahuilla Road. We recommend allowing a few extra minutes to park and make your way in, everything is a short and pleasant walk.
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and your seat. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted.
The reception ends at 10:00 pm sharp
Yes! If you plan on drinking at our wedding please bring a valid ID.
If you have a food allergy, please do not hesitate to let the bride or the groom know. We will relay this information to our catering manager to ensure that you will have your meal prepared.
