We can't wait to party with you! The drinks are on us, the hangover is on you! We know traveling to the mountains can be pricey, so we will be hosting a bar that will provide prepared cocktails and signature drinks only during the reception. Keep in mind: your tolerance for drinking at altitude is not the same as drinking at sea level.
- Drink lots of water days before your arrival. - Consider arriving 1-2 days before to acclimate. Summit county is at 9,000ft elevation in the Colorado Rockies. Take ibuprofen as soon as you arrive in Denver, before making your ascent up the mountain. - Canned oxygen bottles! These can be found at almost any store in Colorado. - Once you start to feel thirsty in the mountains, your body is already dehydrated. Drink up! - Protect our wildlife. You may encounter a variety of wildlife including, but not limited to: moose, bears, foxes, mountain goats and coyotes during your time in the mountains, depending on where you stay. Please do not approach, attempt to touch, or feed. - Leave no trace when outdoors. Please do not leave behind any trash or food. If you plan to hike, stay on trails. Also, do not pick from trees or carve into trees.
Our wedding ceremony and reception will be intimate. Only names that were stated on the invitation are to attend, unless discussed beforehand. Weddings are expensive, head counts are taken into consideration, and we want to have close family/friends at our wedding.
The weather in Summit County can be unpredictable. We have had rain, snow, sleet, and shine in September, and it can change at any moment. There is no telling what it will be like on our day. Come prepared with at least one outfit for the cold.
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Frisco Adventure Park. The Ceremony will be directly outside the day lodge, and the reception will be inside the day lodge.
RSVP by June 21, 2025 so that we can have an accurate headcount for the venue and catering. You can RSVP here on the website. If we haven't received your RSVP by the specified date, we will assume you are not coming and will mark you down as 'not attending'.
Because the ceremony begins promptly at 4pm MST, we recommend you arrive no later than 3:30pm to ensure you are seated on time. Cocktails, dinner, and dancing will follow. If you happen to be late to the ceremony, you will need to wait until it is over. You will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you in the day lodge. Thank you for your understanding!
We would like you to have fun with your attire. Come dressed semi-formal, but make sure there is room to hit the floor and show off your moves. We don't have a DJ for no reason
Yes, however parking near the venue may be limited. Please take this into consideration if you are staying outside of Frisco. Uber/Lyft are not as common in our small mountain town, so please allot time to find a driver if you are choosing to travel in that way.
You will be missed! We understand life happens. If you cannot make it to the wedding, Please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank You!
