We met in the fall of 2014 through mutual friends—Ty was a football player, and I was a cheerleader. On May 3, 2015, we officially became a couple and began building a life together. From graduating high school in 2018 to navigating long-distance while I went to college, our love only grew stronger. In 2019, Ty joined me at East Carolina, and we started our little family with our first dog, Apollo. By 2021, we added Willow, graduated college, and moved back home to be closer to family and friends. Over the years, we’ve created countless memories—from traveling to Disney World and the Dominican Republic to celebrating each other’s milestones. On June 15, 2024, Ty planned the perfect proposal with the help of our friends, Skylar and Phillip, at Freedom Park in Charlotte, NC. Seeing him down on one knee was the easiest “yes” of my life. Now, we’re so excited to begin this next chapter together and can’t wait to celebrate our big day with all of you!
