How will I know I am at the correct location?

Answer

Reception: When you arrive and the reception location there will be a small road, with a black gate at the entrance, to the right of a white garage when in the pull off facing away from the main road. There should also be markers, assuring guest they're in the correct location, such as balloons, signs, or rope lining the correct road.

What is the wedding timeline?

Answer

There will be a wedding timeline posted at the wedding when you arrive at the reception location. The timeline will outline things such as cocktail hour, toast and speeches, dinner, and all other goings on during the reception.

Will there be a Bride & Groom sendoff?

Answer

There will be a sendoff for the bride and groom at the very end of the reception. This will be announced at the end of the night by the DJ, guests will gather in two long rows leading outside the tent forming an isle, there will be sparklers provided at each table for the guests. After guests grab their sparklers and line up outside the tent it will be announced the couple is officially leaving, everyone will be instructed to light their sparklers as the couple walks between the isle of guests and exit the reception venue.
