It all started in the small town of Tallahassee, FL, nine delightful years ago. The two, fresh out of college, began working at a start up restaurant. She was a bartender with a free spirit and he was a cook with a motorcyle...the rest is history!

Eddie received a new and exciting offer to become an executive chef, the only catch? The two would need to relocate to the Washington, DC area. Jess had never lived outside of Florida and the thought of having seasons, especially ones with snow, was very conflicting. After much consideration, the two packed up their essentials, threw the dog and cat in the moving truck, and made the drive north.

After spending many sleepless nights, tossing and turning, Eddie had the perfect plan! He waited until cherry blossom season and setup a photography session for the pair. He kept his true intentions hidden under the guise of taking holiday card photos. Jess, slightly suspicious but thoroughly excited, enjoyed every minute of the magical weekend that Eddie had planned, but received the surprise of her life when Eddie got down on one knee mid-photo shoot.
