Brittany Tiara McGee is a proud native of Fayette, Mississippi and currently resides in Clinton, Mississippi. She earned her Associate of Nursing degree from Alcorn State University, followed by a master’s degree in Family and Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nursing from the University of South Alabama. Brittany is joyfully living out her calling as a Nurse Practitioner, serving others with compassion, excellence, and heart. She lives by the quote: "Rooted in faith, led by love, and aligned with God’s plan". Brittany is an avid reader who enjoys exploring African history, astrology, and spirituality. She is known for her love of learning, her passion for helping others, and her generous spirit, whether tutoring, encouraging, or simply showing up when someone needs her. She loves traveling to warm destinations (the beach is always calling), with Cancun sitting at the top of her list. Brittany adores children and is a devoted mother to her beautiful 10-year-old daughter.
Malcolm Rashad Hendricks is a proud native of Baltimore, Maryland and currently resides in Clinton, Mississippi. He earned his Bachelor of Applied Science from Towson University and his medical degree from Howard University College of Medicine. Malcolm currently serves as a Hospitalist at Vaughan Regional Hospital in Selma, Alabama. Malcolm is the proud father of three children: Amani, Micah, and Myana. Outside of medicine, Malcolm has a deep passion for bodybuilding, which he has pursued for over 15 years, and tennis, which he has played since his teenage years. A devoted sports fan, he proudly cheers for the Baltimore Ravens. Malcolm also loves to cook and finds joy in creating meals for those he loves. In addition to his professional and personal pursuits, he is an ordained minister and formerly served as a youth and young adult pastor for over 15 years.
Brittany and Malcolm share a connection rooted in deep conversation, mutual respect, and spiritual alignment. They love traveling together, discovering new foods, and spending quality time simply talking, often choosing meaningful conversation over television. They went on a simple movie date and enjoyed every moment. Soon after, Malcolm felt God clearly speak to his heart, confirming that Brittany was the woman he was meant to marry and that all he needed to do was trust Him. Though hesitant at first, Malcolm obeyed. As their connection deepened, Brittany began having vivid dreams about Malcolm. Once shared, those dreams became confirmation for both of them. Malcolm knew Brittany was a gift from God, a “breath of fresh air.” She embodied everything he had ever prayed for in one person.
True to his heart, Malcolm proposed in the most unexpected yet meaningful way, at the hospital. With a rose and a rubber ring in the doctors’ lounge, he asked Brittany to be his wife. Without hesitation, she said yes.
Malcolm deeply admires Brittany’s kindness, sensitivity, intelligence, and thoughtfulness. He cherishes her gentle spirit, her ability to communicate with grace, and her refusal to hold grudges. One of his most treasured memories is how Brittany cared for him from afar when he was sick, organizing medicine, calling nurses, and ensuring he was supported, even before they were officially together. He loves her spirituality, grounded faith, and radiant smile. Brittany loves Malcolm’s protective nature and the way he consistently makes her feel safe and seen. His calm presence balances her sensitivity, and his humor and youthful soul bring constant joy. She treasures his generosity, his heart for giving, and the way he shows love through action. Though he may not claim to be the best dancer, he is absolutely the best dancer for her. He encourages her to fully embrace who she is her mind, her heart, and her purpose.
