Rocky Mountain National Park
You will want to make a reservation before you get to Colorado! Easy drive up the mountain, a bunch of hikes and trails, you may even see some wild life!
Breckenridge
You can go to Breckenridge for a full day of activities! You can do a 1 mile (round trip) to see the famous ‘Breckenridge Troll’. There are free Gondolas going up to Breckenridge ski lodge with lunch at the base of the mountain. On the way back, you can go to the Frisco Look out- just a 5 minute walk from your car to a beautiful view of mountains and water. Then stop downtown Frisco to do some shopping in the bride’s favorite “hallmark” town!
St. Mary's Glacier
Up hill hike to a beautiful water view of a glacier! There may still be some snow on the mountain top, but the hike is worth it! On the way back towards Denver, stop in Idaho Springs for a great brewery- Tommy Knockers, with some shopping downtown! There’s also a goldmine right outside of downtown Idaho Springs!
Golden
Look into going to the Coor’s brewery factory for a tour and even a free sample at the end! Downtown Golden has a cute market on Saturdays, there’s multiple shops and restaurants, and a gorgeous brewery on the river!
Estes Park
Restaurant Suggestions: Casa grande Mexican, the Grubsteak, and Poppy’s pizza and grill! Easy Hike: Button Dam via Longmont Dam Road (on all trails) Medium hike: The Thumb Access Trail
