When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 pm. We suggest arriving at 3:30 pm to find your seat and settle in. Please note that the Highlands Gondola takes approximately 15-20 minutes.

Is there transportation to and from the Northstar California Resort to the ceremony?

Answer

Hosted transportation is provided viathe Ritz-Carlton Highlands Gondola, which will take you directly from the Village at Northstar to the Ritz-Carlton. The Highlands Gondola is located on Northstar Dr next to the Alpine Club and Welk Resorts Northstar Lodge. The Highlands Gondola will run until 12:30 am. If you have any questions, please ask!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Due to the mid-mountain location, the resort offers valet parking only; self-parking is not available. However, self parking is available at the Northstar California Resort.

Is the ceremony outside?

Answer

Yes! Our ceremony will be held outside on the Fireside Terrace, with an indoor cocktail-hour and reception to follow. Due to the possible chilly conditions, a coat and boot check will be available.
