We went to the same high school in Franklin, TN, where we met in our theater program. We dated for about two months in high school. After breaking up one afternoon after school, we didn’t think much of each other. We went off to different colleges and followed completely separate paths… Until one night at the airport. Hannah spotted Mac at BNA decked out head-to-toe in Chiefs gear, and Mac noticed Hannah giving him a slightly confused (and maybe judgmental) look. That same weekend, we ran into each other again while out in town and instantly hit it off. We promised to see each other once we were both in Nashville—at the time, Mac was still living in Wyoming. Two months later, we were sharing tacos at Titos, and we haven’t looked back since. Five years of endless good times and constant laughter have made it easy to know we want to spend our lives together. Walking through everything life has thrown at us—side by side—has only made us more certain that we’re meant for each other.
