Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guest formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding, and please feel free to reach out with any questions.

What Do I Do If I Can't Make It?

You will be missed!! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know, kindly, and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you.

Will any part of the event be outdoors?

Answer

Yes! The ceremony will take place outdoors. It is in a well-shaded tree covered area, so no worries about the sun beating down on our guests!

Where are your registered?

Answer

We will be registered at Grandview Pharmacy and Gifts in Elk City, as well as Amazon. Links will be provided along with dates soon.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! Alcohol will be served. We are sticking strictly to a variety of beer and champagne. We would appreciate if everyone drinks responsibly. Our venue helps us establish strict rules! Any unappreciated behavior will result in us asking you to politely leave.

We will have a golf cart on site to help anyone who may need it along with designated helpers to help those get around.

How do I RSVP and by what date?

Answer

Whenever we send a formal invitation, it will include the link to RSVP. We ask kindly that you RSVP by the respected date we provide on the invitation at a future date.

What are the closest airports?

Answer

The closest airport is Will Rogers International Airport in Oklahoma City, OK which is 82 miles from the venue (around an 1hr and 15 minute drive).

Is there parking onsite at the venue?

Answer

There should be plenty of parking at the venue site. There are designated signs and more to help show you where to park. We ask that you follow the venues rules that are posted about parking.
