Dressy/Semi-Formal. Many of you are traveling from out of state, yes this is Florida so we want you to be comfortable during our outside ceremony, indoor cocktail hour and reception will follow. Please no shorts, flip flops, jeans, tank tops or t-shirts. For men, jackets/suits are not required, but suggested.
Please arrive by 4pm and be seated no later than 4:15pm at ceremony site. Wedding party will start walking down the isle shortly after, so please be prompt.
We would like to have an unplugged ceremony, so please no phones/cameras at any time during the ceremony. We have a photographer who will be capturing every moment and we’d hate for cellphones to be blocking her shots. But, during the cocktail hour and reception go crazy, snap away and enjoy the party! Don’t forget to hit the photo booth! Social media tag #makingthemaddys
There is ample, free parking at our wedding venue. Trams will be available to pick you up at the entrance to IMG Academy Golf Club to take you to the ceremony area across the street, on the golf course. Able bodied are more than welcome to walk across the street if you like. IMG Academy will not tow cars left overnight. We want to assure everyone has a fantastic evening while also getting home or to your hotel safely. We are encouraging Uber, Lyft, taxi services or carpooling with a designated driver. Plan ahead if possible.

Anyone who is allowed a guest will be notified on the front of their formal wedding Invitation. We apologize in advance for not being able to accommodate everyone.
Yes! We will be having a buffet style dinner. But if you are vegetarian/vegan, gluten free or have any serious allergies please make a note on the back of your RSVP card. The amazing chef and culinary staff at IMG will make sure you get a meal that fits your dietary needs.
Please check out the accommodations page here on our website. We are suggesting several, local, close to venue, moderately priced hotels. You have no obligation to stay at either location but it will keep you close enough to the venue to taxi home after our reception. We encourage AirBnB as well, it might even be a more affordable option.
Please respect that this is an adult only affair. We want our friends, families and especially couples and parents to be able to let loose, enjoy themselves and celebrate the beginning of our life together. We understand this may be an inconvenience for some and dearly apologize.
