When should I RSVP?

Answer

We are asking that everyone RSVP on the website by November 30th. A formal invitation is to follow. If you do not RSVP by November 30th, you will not be able to attend.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

This event is indoors so you won’t have to worry about the weather. Both buildings are in walking distance of each other and there will be signs to direct you to the appropriate building.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures. Guests can head straight to the reception hall for social hour, where we will be serving finger foods and beverages.

What should I do if I can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly. Even if you RSVP and something comes up please contact Shequel Richardson, wedding coordinator, so we can make adjustments as well!

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

What if I show up after the ceremony starts?

Answer

Once the ceremony starts doors will be closed to ensure no interruptions during the ceremony. Our hostesses and ushers WILL NOT OPEN THE DOOR FOR ANYONE UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES! You may go straight over to the reception hall until the ceremony is over.

Is there parking for the ceremony & reception?

There will be designated parking areas all around the camp near both buildings where everyone can park

What if I have a food allergy?

Answer

Please let us know so we can make arrangements beforehand, we want to make sure that everyone is accommodated!

Question

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures to their social media, however our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag, #FallingForTheWaldons, so we can keep track of all of your pictures and memories with our loved ones. Also, please remember to put your phone on silent and turn your flash off.
