It all started in math class in 9th grade, all because he didn't sit next to me and didn't give me the answers. After the many times Matt asking me out, seeing each-other at cheerleading events, saying hi in the hallway . We finally hung out after a 12 hour shift with friends, getting hit with a hockey puck, helped babysit, and one touch of the knee turning up the volume in the car, was just a sensational emotion of butterflies. And when he finally asked me one more time and I finally said yes.
His family came down from New York to visit. Not thinking anything of it, had no issue for me to get my nails done. It was a rainy weekend. Got everyone in both cars and drove to Ozone Falls were I said when we first moved would be a perfect spot to propose. Little did I know. When we start walking to the falls it starts to rain again, everyone said put your hands in your pockets and you wont get wet. For some reason I believed it. All because you would see the ring box in his pocket. So because it was raining we couldn't walk to the bottom, so the top of the waterfall it is. I stepped forward to look down, and I hear step back so you don't slip and fall. I turn around and he was on one knee. I screamed " YES ", and we were engaged! We're so excited to celebrate this next chapter in our lives with you. See you in Tennessee!
